Marvel comic book characters are depicted on the courts and Aces of this pack. Further vignettes in black and white adorn the 4s and 6s. None of the characters are named. No doubt to bring some unity to the pack, a designer was involved in the production. Marco Nizzoli is credited with the designs, he himself being a comic book author and illustrator.
